🐾 How to Reserve a Stormie’s Doodles Puppy

To join the Stormie’s Doodles Family and reserve a puppy from one of our upcoming Goldendoodle, Bernedoodle, or Shihpoo litters, please complete the Puppy Application at the bottom of this page.

✅ Application & Approval Process
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation via text or email from our business line: 321-405-2539.
Approved families may submit a deposit to reserve their spot—deposits are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note: We do not hold spots without a deposit.

💳 Secure Payments
We use Intuit QuickBooks for safe and professional accounting and invoicing. Approved families will receive a QuickBooks invoice with a secure payment link to submit the deposit.

🐶 Litter Reservation Guidelines

We limit the number of deposits we accept before the puppies are born:

• Medium Goldendoodles & Medium Bernedoodles – Up to 5 deposits accepted pre-birth

• Mini & Petite Goldendoodles, Toy/Tiny Bernedoodles, and Shihpoos – Up to 4 deposits accepted pre-birth

Once the puppies are born and we have a confirmed total puppy count, we will open up additional spots for deposit on a first-come, first-serve basis.

✨ Breeder’s Picks
Up to two puppies per litter may be reserved as Breeder’s Picks, selected before Puppy Pick Day.

📋 Call Back List
If a litter fills before you submit a deposit, you’ll be placed on our Call Back List. Families on this list will be contacted via text from 321-405-2539 when puppies become available. We typically place 15–20 puppies annually from the Call Back List.

📅 Puppy Pick Process

We follow a First-Come, First-Serve policy for pick order, determined by the order in which deposits are received. This means we cannot guarantee color or gender.

🐾 Puppy Pick Day happens when puppies are 5–6 weeks old, and the process works like a professional draft:

• Pick #1 = 1st Round

• Pick #2 = 2nd Round, and so on.

If your turn comes and there isn’t a puppy that fits your needs, you may roll over to another litter within one year of your deposit. (This scenario is rare—it’s happened only once in 5+ years!)
